Kronos

Kronos, homeworld of the klingons.

The Klingons (in their language tlhIngan) were a humanoid warrior species that originated from the planet Kronos, an M-class planet. One of the major powers of the Milky Way galaxy, the Klingons were a proud, tradition-bound people who valued honor and combat. The aggressive Klingon culture had made them an interstellar military power to be respected and feared. Klingons believed that they had the instinctive ability to look an opponent in the eye and see any intent to kill.

The most distinctive feature of Klingon anatomy (except in those individuals afflicted with the Augment virus) was a sagittal crest, beginning on the forehead and often continuing over the skull. The cranium was encased in an exoskeleton, which possesses a feature known as the tricipital lobe.

Kronos

Kronos is the homeworld of the klingons. It's about four days away from Sun at warp 4.5. One region on Kronos is the Ketha lowlands, which are dominated by agricultural usage.

Kronos is composed of a single land mass with a huge ocean. It has a very abrupt climatic changes causing periods of great heat and cold unbearable.

Kronos is relatively near to Vulcan. In Expanded Universe of Planetes, in Planetes 3rd, Kronos at first were member of the Federation Starfleet but by a conflict ended enemies. At the end of the series the ship FEF 07 cleared the memory of the existence of the FEF.
